The organizers take into account the organization of a social programme according to the following schedule

Welcome reception – Tuesday, August 31st, 19:00-21:00

The Welcome reception will be organized in Magurele, at Sytago restaurant. All participants and accompanying persons are welcomed to the reception.

Excursion – Wednesday, September 1st, 15:00 – 19:30

We are planning to visit the historical Mogoșoaia Palace built in Brâncoveanu style and the impressive Țiriac collection (https://www.tiriaccollection.ro) of old and modern cars and motorcycles in Otopeni.
The bus departure hours are 14:30 from Magurele and 15:00 from Bucharest.

Conference dinner – Thursday, 2nd September, 19:30 – 23:00

The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday evening, at restaurant Locanta Jaristea, in the proximity of Old Bucharest centre and of the Parliament Palace.

The restaurant “Sytago”, placed in the proximity of the Conference Hall, has been apppointed for serving the lunch on Tuesday, August 31st; Wednesday, September 1st; Thursday, September 2nd and Friday, September 3rd. The meal tickets will be available for purchaising at the Registration desk. The price for a lunch ticket is 30 RON (about 6 EUR). There are also other restaurants available in Magurele.
